Corporate expectations and Management education:

The goal of VBS is to ensure corporate oriented teaching learning environment. The mission of vanguard is to make a radically different curriculum made in line with corporate requirements. Curriculum development is done with the continuous involvement of corporate managers. The aim of this project is to ensure appropriate industry oriented curriculum for the VBS students to make them corporate ready.

Innovative marketing strategies in MSME:

The MSME sector is a nursery of entrepreneurship, often driven by individual creativity and innovation. The large employment opportunities and need for quality management strategies is the reason behind this project. SMEs meet difficulties in adapting their strategies to market changes, and in competing with big enterprises. The long term goal of VBS is to help SMEs in form of management consultants. The first step towards that is this project.

HR strategies and challenges in MSME:

While there are humongous employment opportunities possible, the need for managing the present and the required human resource is key aspect. This project aims to develop the strategy for the same and help MSMEs to apply them to the success of an organization.
