Arkss, as he is popularly known, worked with Maruti Udyog Ltd in Gurgaon and Calcutta before joining T.I.M.E., Hyderabad (HQ) as the CAT Course Director. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Management Education and Training. He was one of the key persons responsible for establishing T.I.M.E. as the No. 1 CAT training institute in Mumbai and in the country. For more than Five years he was a Centre Director at T.I.M.E. Mumbai before venturing into heading Vanguard Business School.

Pritam is an alumnus of IIMB Batch of 2009. He joined a market leading German lubrication firm Freudenberg Chemical Specialties. He has won many Business Plan Contests across National and International B-school Competitions. He has a very keen interest in sports and has led IIM Bangalore Team in Snooker Championships. He has worked in Munich, Germany and in India. He has a keen interest in Marketing and has experience in Sales and Marketing of various business domains.

Arka Bhattacharya has completed his Engineering in Metallurgy from College Of Engineering, Pune and has an MBA from IIFT, Delhi. Prior to his MBA, Arka has worked in the Corporate and Education Sector for 3 years. After his MBA he worked with Singapore based Olam International for 3 years, heading business operations for their FMCG arm in West Africa.

Ulhas has a rich corporate experience of more than 20 years. He has worked in organisations such as Hindustan Lever, ICI Paints and Berger Paints. His last corporate assignment was with ICI where he was Business Head – Paints. He was a visiting Faculty at MDI, Gurgaon in 2000-01 and now runs a Centre for a Leading Educational Organisation.

Rahul is a Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He has had varied experience in the corporate world working in such organizations as Lakme Hindustan Lever and Mirc Electronics (the marketers of ONIDA brand). Rahul has been involved in the education space for more than 8 years and now runs a centre for a Leading Educational Organisation. Rahul has conducted Seminars and training programs at IIM C, IIT Kharagpur and a number of other B-Schools.

Bala has worked with Usha International Ltd for a year before working for short periods with companies like Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd, Chennai, Environmental Planning Collaborative, Ahmedabad and Center for Ecology and Rural Development, Pondicherry. Since 1999, he is running a centre for a Leading Educational Organisation.

Ajay joined his family business after his engineering. After a short stint in infrastructure, he ventured into education in 1998 and since then has been successfully running a centre for a Leading Educational Organisation.

Nishant has worked in the corporate sector for about 3 years in diverse companies like Ashok Leyland, Reliance Industries Ltd. and BNP Paribas. Since 2002 he has been running a centre for a Leading Educational Organisation.

Ajay Nayar completed his B.Tech degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. After graduation he worked for a couple of years as a software engineer in Patni Computer Systems. He did his post-graduation from MICA specializing in Brand Management and Media Management. He has a work experience of six years in the fi eld of marketing and sales in companies such Times of India and T.I.M.E. Pvt Ltd.

Srinivas Akkapeddi was working for Quantum Phinance, a consulting firm in Mumbai before joining Vanguard Business School. His area of expertise is valuations and financial modeling. He worked on projects such as valuation of fixed income products, derivative pricing, etc., during his tenure in Quantum Phinance. He also worked as an external consultant for the internal audit team of one of the biggest banks in India for their valuations audit exercise.

Ashish has done his MBA in finance. Prior to joining the Vanguard team as a Finance faculty, he was working for Finitiatives Learning India Private Limited, India’s largest e-learning and Certifi cation Company in Banking and Finance domain. He has designed courses in the areas of Corporate Finance, Retail Assets and Risk Management. He has also worked on a Climate Change Adaptation project as a Consultant for Livelihood Promotion.

Manali has completed her BCom and MCom from the prestigious Sydenham College in Mumbai. After completing her MBA with a marketing specialization, she was working with American Express before joining Vanguard Business School.
